Marco Cusano, MBA, P.Eng., PMP, LEED AP ND

Marco Cusano is a Project Manager and Civil Engineer who has been working since 2009 on various infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients.

Marco's direct Project Management experience includes project feasibility, project procurement, design development, construction documentation and negotiation, construction phase management and project close-out. As a Professional Engineer and Project Manager leading multidisciplinary teams, Marco has designed and coordinated numerous infrastructure projects including stormwater and drainage systems, sewer systems, water systems, pump, lift and PRV stations, and roadworks and transportation networks.

He has expert knowledge in contract administration and negotiation, and has been involved in projects with a variety of contract types / delivery methods including traditional delivery, design-build, MMCD Unit Rate, CCDC 2, CCDC 3, CCDC 5B, and CCDC 14.

Throughout each project, Marco actively and clearly communicates information regarding tasks, plans, schedule, and strategies to stakeholders. As a team leader, Marco effectively utilizes team members to complement and support each other to successfully lead projects to completion.
